I am an entrepreneur and an investor. I also work as advisor for start-ups, big data firms and equity analyst and investors. Currently I am the Co-founder of Daybat, a B2B competitive intelligence venture focused on helping horizontal and vertical companies compete in classifieds and marketplace industries globally. We provide our customers with key metrics to improve their product and commercial operations and be ahead of the game.

I love what i do!

I find these markets fascinating because they have the following traits:

• Valuable. They are industries that create a lot of value: for users and for investors.
• Dynamic. They are not stable. It is not easy to remain competitive even though leaders appear to be solidly established.
• Size. These industries are not small.
• Expanding. Classifieds models and marketplaces are expanding into more and more categories.  

Previous to my current position, I was the founder and CEO of Nestoria, a property search engine operating in nine countries that was acquired by Mitula Group and then IPOd in ASX.

I have also worked for Yahoo!, Pepsi, Bain & Co. Diamond-Cluster and P&G among others in very different roles and functions.

After working for the fifth mobile operator in Netherlands managing their digital offer and internet access, I was attracted by the digital landscape and moved in 1999, to lead Yahoo! Spain. From 2002 to 2004 as Yahoo! Europe Managing Director of Search and Marketplaces, search and digital classifieds became my healthy passion.

Currently I am living between London and Bilbao ( Basque Country) where I can balance both my career and my family life enjoying every day and always looking for the next thing.
